📅 Cancellation Policy – Everything BOMB Studio Studio Policies 🌿 Refund Policy All payments and deposits are non-refundable. Once your service is booked, your payment is allocated to securing your time and ordering any necessary hair or materials. If you need to cancel, your payment will remain as a credit toward a future appointment. Reschedule Policy Appointments must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Payments will be applied as a credit toward your new appointment time. No-Show Policy A no-call / no-show will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. Payment is due at the completion of your service. I currently accept: • Apple Pay • Zelle • Cash Please ensure your preferred payment method is available before your appointment begins. All sales are final. Once hair has been ordered for your appointment, payments are non-refundable under all circumstances. This applies whether payment is made in full, through a deposit, or via Buy Now Pay Later (Klarna, Afterpay, etc.). Payments cannot be canceled or reversed once processed. If you are unable to attend your appointment, your payment will remain as a credit with me, and your service will be honored at a later date.
